Your quote clearly outlines the services and resources included in your selected training package.

This may include:

Training delivery for up to 25 participants per day
Digital participant materials in PDF format
Certificates of Completion recording the training completed and its date
Certification valid for 12 months, following completion of the applicable program requirements
Licensed internal-use access to approved framework resources
Implementation guidance matched to your training level
Travel arrangements and delivery requirements, where applicable

Depending on the package selected, approved resources may include quick-reference tools, posters and signage, Regulation Room setup guidance, and Anchored Recognition System™ resources, including Anchor Notes templates.

Day Two also includes a downloadable Implementation Kit (PDF) for licensed internal use.

❌ What Your Quote Does Not Include

Unless specifically stated in writing, quotes do not include:

Printing or physical materials
Room rental, AV equipment, or venue costs
Food, refreshments, or participant travel costs
Additional customization or extended implementation support beyond the selected package
Train-the-trainer programming or permission to train or certify others using the materials

📦 Materials Delivery

Participant materials are provided digitally in PDF format. Your organization is responsible for printing any packages, posters, or signage you choose to use.

👥 Participant Cap

Training is capped at 25 participants per day to support interaction, instructional quality, and skill practice. Larger groups require an additional training day or additional facilitation, as specified in your quote.

🔒 License Note

Materials are licensed for internal organizational use only. They may not be redistributed, posted publicly, resold, or used to train or certify others without written permission.

Certificates of Completion do not expire. Current certification requires renewal after 12 months. Certification does not, by itself, grant STOP command authority or establish full-site implementation.
